Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: RGC works hard to process/package orders within 1-2 business days of order placement. Shipping time (which is separate from processing time) will then vary depending on carrier and method selected during checkout. RGC cannot guarantee any exact delivery dates.
Q: Will I receive confirmation and shipping info when I place an order?
A: Order confirmation emails are sent out to customers immediately upon order placement to the email address used during checkout. Shipping info/tracking emails are then sent out once the order is processed for shipment. Please check all email spam/junk folders if you have not received your order’s emails.
Q: Do you have a physical location to shop in person?
A: Unfortunately RGC does not have a physical location at this time. Website ordering is the quickest and easiest way to purchase gear. For updates on any potential events or pop-up shops in and around the Houston area, please follow our various social media channels.

Q: How do RGC items fit?
A: Most RGC products (both men’s and women’s) have a slight “fashion” fit. Many customers believe the products to run on the smaller side, usually noted around 1/2-size smaller than many traditional fits. Most t-shirt and tank tops are a pre-shrunk, blended material. See product pages for material specifics on each garment.
Q: Can I return items from my order for a refund?
A: If you are ever unsatisfied with your item(s) due to size or fit, we do accept return requests. Please email [email protected] with order number, name and detailed info on your return request. Pending approval, returned items may be fully refunded (not including shipping cost).
Q: Can I exchange items from my order?
A: Exchange requests are also accepted if you are not satisfied with the item you received. Please note that specific designs, colorways and sizes cannot be guaranteed available for all exchange requests. And all replacement items must be for same dollar amount as originally ordered item. Please email [email protected] with order number, name and detailed info on your exchange request. Pending approval, exchanges may be offered in the form of a new product or store credit.
Q: What do I do if my package is delayed, lost or stolen?
A: RGC is unable to control delivery actions once packages leave for shipping. Any issues regarding in-transit packages, tracking info, delays, lost/stolen items, etc. must be addressed with the shipping carrier selected during checkout. If any issue is unable to be resolved directly through the shipping carrier, please email [email protected].
Q: What do I do if my order was incorrect or damaged upon arrival?
A: Please email [email protected] immediately upon receipt of any damaged, incorrect or missing item in your order. Please provide order number, name and detailed info on the issue with your order, as well as any pictures of the problem areas if possible. Trust that RGC will work hard to remedy any potential setbacks as soon as possible.
Q: How often do you re-stock sold out items?
A: Most of RGC’s products are produced on a limited run basis, and no design is guaranteed for re-stock. Select, popular designs are re-stocked various times throughout the sports seasons. And most RGC new releases and re-stocks will coincide with the professional sports season occurring at that time. Please use the EMAIL ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK button located on product pages for re-stock updates for that particular item/size. Re-stock and new release info is also regularly posted to RGC social media accounts.
